How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 1–2 business days anywhere in Qatar.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is QAR 35 anywhere in Qatar, added at checkout.
Where do you deliver?
Everywhere in Qatar — Doha, Lusail, Al Wakrah, Al Rayyan and beyond.
Payment
How can I pay?
We accept secure online payment by card (Visa and Mastercard) and Apple Pay at checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Is my payment secure?
Yes — every payment is encrypted and processed securely, and your card details are never stored on our site.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can — it is the fastest way to reach us, and we can usually change or cancel an order that has not been packed yet. You can email info@glossedbymj.qa too, though email is answered within 24 hours, Sunday to Thursday.
My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?
Email info@glossedbymj.qa with your order number and we'll track it for you.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our beauty products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo and we'll be happy to assist.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes — every shade is vegan, cruelty-free and paraben-free.
Where are your products made?
Our formulas are made in North America to high quality and safety standards.
Will sold-out shades come back?
Yes. If a shade is sold out, you'll see a “get notified” box on its product page — leave your email there and we'll message you the moment it's back. You can also reach us on WhatsApp.
